We are looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead the Kitchen of a small, quality-driven restaurant bar with a modern and high-end concept.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for exceptional food, ideally with experience in Michelin-starred or Rosette-awarded kitchens.

The Role -

As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, including:

• Creating and delivering a modern, seasonal menu

• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation

• Managing kitchen staff and service flow

• controlling food costs, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are met

• Bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the business

The Ideal Candidate -

• A proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up

• Experienced in fine dining, modern British/ European cuisine

• Background in Michelin-star or Rosette-level establishments preferred (not essential)

• Calm, professional, and organised under pressure

• Passionate about quality ingredients and creative cooking

• A leader who can build and motivate a strong kitchen team
